Description

The beautiful colors of our soaps and cosmetics are achieved solely through natural ingredients and natural pigments. Among these is the mineral pigment mica, which is based on the mineral muscovite, having a natural color in a wide range of shades from white to black. Iron oxides are added to mica, and occasionally zinc oxide or titanium dioxide. The mica itself then has shimmering reflections in various colors. It is often used in decorative or body cosmetics to add shine and sparkle to products. The natural pigment mica is safe for health and the environment.

Important: the pigments we use are sourced from a European supplier that respects human rights and animal rights. Mica is produced without the use of child labor (as is unfortunately the case with the notorious mica from India), and the manufacturer does not collaborate with any suppliers that conduct animal testing.
